In his time at Campbell, Coach Cargle has led the Spartans to seven consecutive playoff appearances and has developed nearly 40 players who have gone on to play at the next level, including at prestigious programs such as LSU, UGA, KSU, Louisiana Lafayette, South Carolina, Alabama State, and Wofford. Known for his emphasis on perseverance, toughness, and discipline, Coach Cargle continues to build on the tradition of excellence at Campbell High School.

Coach Cargle is married to Cassie Cargle, and they are proud parents of their newborn daughter Lilah.
